Because every hat is pressed to order, we cannot take returns on custom builds. Look over your patch choices before you check out.
If we got it wrong
If a hat shows up with the wrong patches, a crooked press, or damage from shipping, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will remake it or refund it. That one is on us, not you.
Ready to ship hats
Unworn ready to ship hats can come back within 14 days for a refund, minus shipping. Get in touch first so we know to expect it.
3D prints
Personalized prints, anything with a name or a date on it, are final sale. Standard prints follow the same 14 day rule as ready to ship hats.
